Limitation of liability

The Owner disclaims any liability in the event of interruptions or malfunction of the Services or contents offered online, whatever the cause. Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed entirely by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Benidorm (Alicante), unless another jurisdiction applies to the User by law.

Data collected and purpose

Directly from you: all the personal information we process is provided by you, when you complete the enquiry form, write to us or book an event. We do not obtain your data from third parties or from our suppliers.

Automatically: if you accept cookies, technical information about your device and your browsing of the website is collected.

The data requested is necessary in order to deal with your enquiry; without it we cannot reply or prepare a quotation.

We do not request special category data (health, political opinions, beliefs or others under Article 9 GDPR). The application used during the game identifies teams by names invented by the participants themselves and does not record personal data.

Data retention

Data is retained for as long as the commercial relationship is maintained and, thereafter, for the periods required by tax and commercial legislation and by the limitation periods applicable to liability.

How data is shared

We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties. In certain circumstances we share it with those necessary in order to provide the service:

• Technology suppliers, acting on the Owner's behalf and following their instructions. These are set out in the following section.
• Tax and accounting advisers, for issuing and recording invoices.
• Public authorities, where there is a legal obligation.
• Hotels or organising bodies, where the event is booked through them and only to the extent essential to coordinate it.

All of them are contractually bound to process the data solely for the purposes indicated and to safeguard its confidentiality.
